ASSESSMENT UNIT

 

CCET’s Assessment Unit works with families who are concerned about their child’s development, behavior or progress at school. It provides an objective analysis of the problem, followed by useful practical advice.

 

CCET offers comprehensive assessment tests, which are impartially evaluated according to explicit criteria.  After the child completes these tests one of our qualified psychologists will discuss the findings with the parents and offer recommendations.

 

CCET’s assessment gives parents the opportunity to know and understand the child’s strengths and weaknesses.

 

 At CCET we believe in the importance of early evaluation. Most parents and teachers find the assessment helpful in shaping sound management and remedial strategies. It enhances co-operation between home and school.  Also the child him- or herself is usually relieved to be given (by his or her parents) a factual explanation of what is going on
